How to Upgrade Your Tickets

Already purchased your Supercars tickets and want a better view of the action?

If reserved Grandstand tickets are still available, you can upgrade your existing General Admission ticket through Outix and simply pay the difference in ticket price.

How to Upgrade

Open the Outix website and click the hamburger menu (the 3 small lines at the top right of your browser)
Click Sign in/Register under My Account
Log in to your Outix account using the email address you used when purchasing your tickets.
Open your existing ticket order.
Select Upgrade Tickets.
Choose your preferred Grandstand and seating options.
Pay the fare difference to complete your upgrade.
Your updated tickets will be available immediately in your Outix account.

Things to Know

Upgrades are subject to availability.
Grandstand seats may sell out, so we recommend upgrading early.
Only the difference between your current ticket and the upgraded ticket is charged.
Once upgraded, your original ticket will be replaced with the new ticket.
